Penzel Construction returned to complete a renovation of the existing facility. Six office spaces were transformed into nine exam rooms, and an office area was added as well as additional storage space. Negative air machines were used in all rooms to keep dust and debris to a minimum during construction. Temporary doors and partitions were constructed, and work was done in two phases to mitigate disruption. All of the work was performed after hours, as the facility was serving patients throughout the duration of the project.
