Penzel’s largest foundation project to date, Procter & Gamble Paper Mill building foundations included more than 800,000-square-feet of floor slabs, consisting of more than 70,000-cubic yards of concrete and more than 250 tons of rebar. The project was entirely self-performed by Penzel Construction.
