Liberty Utilities, headquartered in Jackson, Missouri, selected Penzel Construction to build a new office and warehouse in Vandalia, Illinois. This is the second project Penzel Construction has completed for Liberty, the first being the company's headquarters and call center in Jackson, Missouri. The Vandalia project is comprised of a 3,250-square-foot office area and a 4,550-square-foot warehouse space. The design-build delivery method enabled the project to be completed in just ten months. Penzel Construction has also built new facilities for Liberty Utilities in Jackson, Missouri and Girard, Illinois, using the design-build project delivery method.
