Senior Estimator
Dewayne began his career with Penzel Construction in 1978. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1968. A Professional Engineer registered in Missouri and Illinois, Dewayne worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation from 1969 to 1977 where he was resident engineer. Dewayne serves as Penzel's project engineer and estimator.
