industry safety guidelines and are required to pass
pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests to insure
alertness and prevent accidents and injuries on the job.

defined and enforced. Safe operations require the concerted
effort of all people involved in the project — from owners and
designers to on-site supervisors and construction workers.
