The Bank Of Missouri

Penzel was Design/Builder and utilized a cost plus not to exceed agreement to complete the 19,400 sq. ft. project in the summer of 2003.  Initial plans required finishing out the basement and first floors only, with the unfinished second floor available to accommodate future needs.  Growth dictated that the unfinished area would be used for executive offices and a boardroom.  Penzel again provided the design services, and during the winter of 2006-2007 completed the fit-in.  Testimonial

Signature Packaging & Paper

With less than four months under construction, Signature Packaging & Paper Company’s new 84,700-square foot facility, design/built by Penzel Construction Company, opened for business.  Site work started on October 2, 2006 with substantial completion taking place on January 26, 2007.  Mitch Robinson, executive director of the Cape Girardeau Area Magnet industrial recruitment organization said, "I don't know if Penzel Construction put the building up in record-breaking time, but it was pretty fast."

Jackson General Baptist Church

This project involved new construction, and renovation of the existing facilities.  The activity center was expanded to accommodate a stage, additional Sunday school classrooms, and to better accommodate a new contemporary service.  A three-story infill addition, to include new classrooms and restrooms, was added to connect the activities center to the church.  Administrative requirements were met with the addition of an administrative wing to accommodate staff and classrooms, with a lower floor dedicated to youth activities.  Relocating the existing steeple, to align at the center completed the project.
