The Project Designer is Koehler Engineering.  Plans may be viewed at the Engineer’s Office, Penzel's Office or on this Web Site.

We request your quotation on or before 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

We recommend that you frequently check our website for project updates.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

The Owner will issue a tax exempt certificate, which will apply for the project’s materials.

Faxed bid forms will be accepted until Bid Time.  Subcontractors are responsible for confirmation of receipt of the bid form via a follow up phone call to the Penzel point of contact.

Penzel Construction Company, Inc., the Owner, and all other parties as required by the contract are added as primary additional insured under Subcontractors Comprehensive General Liability policy.  For additional information see “project insurance requirements” on this web site.

Subcontractors are required to adhere to all Penzel, and OSHA Safety Policies.  The Penzel Standard Form Contract will be utilized without modification for all subcontractors.  A copy of the Penzel Safety Policy or Standard Form Contract is available upon request.  The OSHA Safety and Health Requirements Manual is available on the OSHA web site at www.osha.gov.

Subcontractors are urged to review the plans, specifications, and all associated addendums that were used for design of this project.

Subcontractors are responsible for cleanup of material and waste associated with their scope of work.  Clean-up will be coordinated with the on-site superintendent and will be performed on a daily basis.  If the subcontractor is deemed unresponsive to this requirement, Penzel will perform the activity at the expense of the subcontractor.

This project is tax exempt.  Missouri sales and/or use taxes are NOT applicable to permanent materials on this project.
